Ninetailed Achieves SOC 2 Type 1 Compliance to Meet Security and Privacy Commitments

We are delighted to announce that Ninetailed has successfully achieved SOC 2 Type 1 Report, which provides an external audit that demonstrates we are meeting the security commitments we have made to our customers and demonstrates our dedication to protecting customer data.

I am proud to declare that our organization is dedicated to protecting customer data. We understand the value and importance of maintaining security and privacy in order to ensure a safe environment for customers. That’s why we’re thrilled to have successfully achieved SOC 2 Type 1 Compliance – confirming both our current trustworthiness and our promise to remain up-to-date on security practices and procedures. — Andy Kaiser, CEO of Ninetailed

SOC 2 was developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and consists of five Trust Services Criteria, including:

  • Security - protecting information from unauthorized access

  • Availability - ensuring employees and clients can rely on your systems to do their work

  • Processing Integrity - verifying that company systems operate as intended

  • Confidentiality - protecting confidential information by limiting its access, storage, and use

  • Privacy - safeguarding sensitive personal information against unauthorized users

To fulfill the requirements for this report, Ninetailed partnered with MJD Advisors to perform an audit on our internal processes, making sure they comply with the necessary trust standards for security.

We firmly believe that this external audit conveys both our current trustworthiness and our promise to always stay up-to-date on security practices and procedures. By acquiring this report, we are showing that we are dedicated to providing customers with a safe environment where their data is secure from any unauthorized access or incidents.

At Ninetailed, we believe that this examination conveys our commitment to customers, displaying that their data will always be safeguarded from any unauthorized access or incidents. This effort demonstrates our hard work and dedication toward providing a secure atmosphere for customers who can feel confident knowing their information is in good hands. We are proud of this tremendous accomplishment and could not have achieved it without the support of MJD Advisors, who worked with us throughout the entire process. With this report, we can rest assured that customers will retain trust in us as their preferred provider of personalization and experimentation solutions. — Andy Kaiser, CEO of Ninetailed

This accomplishment represents an affirmation of our commitment to protecting customer data now and in the future.

We’re elated to have been able to attain such a high level of report, proving that Ninetailed is taking every measure possible to ensure the safety of customer data.
